Wilson Munoz ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our LogShow application ("Application").

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Personal Information

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Account Information: If you subscribe to LogShow Pro, we receive basic information from Apple about your subscription status, but we do not have access to your payment details.
• SSH Connection Details: If you use the SSH feature, the connection details you provide (server addresses, usernames, and authentication credentials) are stored locally on your device using the iOS/macOS Keychain and Core Data. This data never leaves your device or is transmitted to our servers. Pro subscribers may optionally sync this data across their own Apple devices via Apple's iCloud/CloudKit service.

1.2 Non-Personal Information

• Usage Data: We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect anonymous usage statistics such as feature usage patterns. This data is collected by Google and processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Crash Reports: We use Sentry to collect crash reports and error diagnostics. Crash data may include device model, OS version, and a stack trace of the error. No log file content is included. This data is processed by Sentry in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Log Data: The log files you import or view are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Application
• Process your subscription transactions
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
• Protect the security and integrity of the Application

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Firebase Analytics (Google): Receives anonymous usage events to help us understand how the Application is used. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Sentry: Receives crash reports and error diagnostics to help us identify and fix bugs. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.
• Apple (iCloud/CloudKit): Pro subscribers who enable iCloud sync have their SSH configurations synced through Apple's CloudKit service. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights or property
• In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition)

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

4.1 Local Storage

Log data that you view or analyze is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

4.2 iCloud Storage (Optional Feature)

If you enable the iCloud sync feature (available to Pro subscribers), your SSH connection configurations will be stored in your personal iCloud account. This data synchronization is handled through Apple's CloudKit service and is never accessible to us.

4.3 Saved Log Sessions

If you save a log session (Pro feature), the session data is stored locally on your device using Core Data. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

4.4 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you
• The right to request correction or deletion of your personal information
• The right to restrict or object to processing of your personal information
• The right to data portability

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

The third-party services we use — Firebase Analytics (Google) and Sentry — process data on servers located in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, data collected by these services is transferred to and processed in the United States in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We do not independently transfer or store your data outside your device.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
